Luxury Home Tour Returns
It’s back, and it’s bigger. Tampa Bay Homebuyer has again partnered with Greenspring Media Group to present the second annual Luxury Home Tour.

This event brings together 15 of the Bay Area’s most lavish new homes in its most exclusive communities.

Only the best of the best are included. So if you’re in the market—or think you soon might be—then you definitely need to attend.

Each home on the tour is dressed to the nines and boasts the latest in stylish decor and high-tech home products. It’s an eye-popping assortment presented by the region’s top custom builders.
This issue features the official Luxury Home Tour Program Guide.

Passports (tickets) are available for purchase at the homes and online at
www.luxuryhometour.net.

This year, we have some returning builders and several newcomers to the tour—and the list reads like a who’s who.

Participants include Costanza Homes, Campagna Homes, Arthur Rutenberg Catenac, Arthur Rutenberg Lyons, Samuelson Builders, Windstar Homes, Alvarez Homes, Mark Maconi Homes, John Cannon Homes, Hyde Park Builders, Bella Capri and Pristine Homes/White Development Company.?

The tour takes place September 28, 29 and 30 and October 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14. So be sure to get your passport, check the tour map to make your plans to see the some absolutely stunning new homes.?

Go ahead and make a day of it. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.???

Also in this issue, we explore what’s commonly called the South Shore area of Tampa" target="_blank">Hillsborough County. By South Shore, we’re referring to the Riverview/Apollo Beach/Ruskin area, which is now experiencing tremendous growth while retaining much of its rural ambience.?

We also discuss trends in what one builder called “the Florida basement,” also known as the bonus room. It’s a space that most homebuyers are requesting and the most common use seems to center around home entertainment.? But you’ll be interested in seeing what other uses buyers are making of these extra spaces.

As usual, we’re proud to print the most comprehensive new-home community listings in the Tampa region as well as the all important FCAT scores and other important statistics in our school section.

Of course, all of this information is also available online at our user-friendly website, www.florida-homebuyer.com.

Enjoy this issue of Tampa Bay Homebuyer. And I look forward to seeing you at the 2007 Luxury Home Tour.
