Lennar to Build in Riverwood
Lennar Homes will be building in Riverwood, a master-planned community planned for U.S. 301 in Southeast Tampa" target="_blank">Pasco County, just north of the Hillsborough-Pasco county line. There'll be 370 single-family homes in the first phase, and buyers will have a choice of five floor plans ranging in size from 1,265 to 1,906 square feet of living area. Prices for the homes have not yet been set, but the company will include a package of special features worth as much as $15,000 with each home sold.
