FishHawk Ranch grows again
????Henderson Brothers Homes has begun construction of single-family homes on wooded home sites in Tern Wood at FishHawk Ranch, the master-planned community in south Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa" target="_blank">Hillsborough County. Ranging in size from 2,900 to 4,100 square feet with prices starting at $589,000, all homes will have four or more bedrooms, three to four-and-a-half bathrooms and three-car garages.
Sales center opens at Ladera
????Taylor Woodrow has opened an on-site sales center to showcase the seven single-family floor plans it is offering at Ladera, a gated, 220-acre community in northern Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa" target="_blank">Hillsborough County. Prices start in the low $900s, including home site. Ladera surrounds 40-acre Lake Merrywater.

Model homes premiere at The Estates at Harbour Isles
????Toll Brothers has opened two model homes in The Estates at Harbour Isles, a neighborhood of 57 single-family homes, all with water or preservation views, in south Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa" target="_blank">Hillsborough County. They are the 4,175-square-foot Alba model, priced at $594,975, and the 3,345-square-foot Royale model, priced at $514,975.

Hannah Bartoletta introduces estate model
????Hannah Bartoletta Homes is premiering its 4,478-square-foot lakefront Sonoma III model in Wellington Manor, a gated community in north Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa" target="_blank">Hillsborough County. A price is to be determined; Hannah Bartoletta is offering several floor plans in Wellington Manor priced starting in the low $700s.

Carriage homes come to Coachman Reserve
????Pulte Homes is building 144 carriage homes in the maintenance-free, gated community of Coachman Reserve in Clearwater. Four floor plans, ranging in size from 1,554 to 2,045 square feet, are priced from $269,900 to $319,900.

Sales begin at Madison Oaks
????New-home sales have begun in Phase Two at Madison Oaks, a condominium and townhome community in north Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa" target="_blank">Pinellas County. Beach Hill Development is the builder. Prices start in the low $100s.

PASCO COUNTY
Wiregrass, Lakeside break ground
????Pulte Homes has broken ground on Wiregrass, an 8,000-home, master-planned community on 5,000 acres in southeast Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa" target="_blank">Pasco County. Plans call for single-family and multifamily homes, three clubhouses, an 18-hole championship golf course, nature preserves, a 100-bed hospital and more than 1.6 million square feet of shops, restaurants and businesses. When completed, Wiregrass will be the Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa Bay area’s largest master-planned community. … Pulte has also begun land development of Lakeside, a 440-acre community in north Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa" target="_blank">Pasco County that will eventually encompass 843 single-family and multifamily homes. Pre-sales have begun for Phase One.

McCar takes top honors
????McCar Homes was named 2006 Builder of the Year by the Pasco Building Association. McCar, which is active in five communities across Tampa" target="_blank">Tampa Bay, is building the PBA’s 2006 Showcase Home to benefit All Children’s Hospital and PBA.
