Winner's Circle

The 2006 Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders Association, was an enormous hit among the thousands of visitors who toured the 150-plus beautiful, innovative and inspiring new residences it comprised.

The region's largest new housing promotion featured homes in every size and price range in 87 different communities throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.

Industry experts from around the country gathered to judge the competition. Criteria included design, value, energy efficiency and curb appeal. And the winners are:
