Florida Homebuyer West Coast is proud once again to present the official magazine of the Manatee-Sarasota Parade of Homes. The big event, slated, February 19–March 6, is the region’s premier new-home showcase, featuring properties located in some of the most desirable neighborhoods in Southwest Florida. The parade is sponsored by the Manatee-Sarasota Home Builders Association (HBA).

Of course, it’s always a pleasure to partner with the HBA. While most people think of the organization as an advocate for builders, it’s probably just as accurate to describe it as an advocate for consumers.

The association has an active governmental affairs program, which encourages policies that help keep homes safe and affordable. It also fosters good corporate citizenship by encouraging its members to get involved in organizations and causes that make our community an even better place to live.
