The owners of this six-year-old Tampa home wanted to update their outdoor living area to make it more aesthetically pleasing and more conducive to entertaining friends. But they didn’t want to make major, costly changes. So, with a tight budget in mind, European Tile and Floors suggested concrete pavers as a start. The existing pool deck was beginning to discolor and show rust from an older patio set. So Flagstone Pavers’ New England style was chosen, colored in a blended beige to complement the new coping along the pool’s edges. An Art Deco-style drain was added, while an outdoor sitting area was installed just beyond the screened lanai.
