The Best of the Best

Spring Parade of Homes Winners showcase all styles and price ranges.

This year’s Spring Parade of Homes™, sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders Association, featured more than 50 beautifully furnished models including single-family homes, townhomes and highrise condos throughout Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough counties. Prices ranged from the $140s to more than $1 million. As usual, the event was professionally judged and the winners in each category are shown on the following pages. Although the parade may have ended, you can still visit most of the entries—just be sure to call the builder or the community in advance to find out when the models will be open.
