Park Square Homes has opened Wolf Creek Ridge at SummerBrooke in Mount Dora, a community of single-family homes, townhomes, Cottage Collection homes and upscale executive homes. Home sizes range from 2,000 to 3,400 square feet and are priced from the $230s.

Three Ryland Homes models are available for purchase at Grand Island Reserve in Eustis. The Worthington, Harris and Crescent models are priced from $229,990 to $389,990 and range in size from 1,992 to 3,322 square feet.

Orange County
Ryland Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its newest community, Reserve at Meadow Lake in Ocoee. The company is offering two new models in the community: the 2,904-square-foot Reeves model, priced from $259,990, and the 1,977-square-foot Wilshire model, priced from $212,990.

Royal Palm Development has opened three condominium models at Fairview Grande, which overlooks Lake Fairview in Orlando. Fifteen two- and three-bedroom units are priced from the mid-$200s and range in size from 1,700 to 2,200 square feet.

Osceola County
Park Square has opened two model homes at Shingle Creek Reserve at The Oaks in Kissimmee. New three-, four- and five-bedroom homes range in size from 1,468 to 3,362 square feet and are priced from $177,900 to $319,900. Park Square Homes plans to build a total of 243 homes at Shingle Creek Reserve.

Polk County
ABD Development is showcasing three professionally decorated luxury model homes and five ready-to-occupy homes at Heritage Green at Providence Golf & Country Club, a gated community located in the Loughman-Davenport area. New four-, five- and six-bedroom homes range in size from 4,220 to 6,143 square feet and are priced from the $500s.

Seminole County
Ashton Woods Homes debuted its new courtyard townhomes at Savannah Park at Heathrow. The new two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes range in size from 1,549 to 1,941 square feet and feature two-car garages and private courtyards. Prices range from $209,900 to $259,900.

Beazer Homes has rolled back pricing on five ready-to-occupy homes at Heritage Commons. Two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes are now priced between $179,990 to $199,990.

Volusia County
The Henin Group has started construction of a 3,700-square-foot, $1.5 million home at Riviera Bella on the St. Johns River in DeBary. The company also has eight ready-to-occupy homes available priced from $300,000 to more than $3 million.

Mercedes Homes has unveiled a new floorplan priced from $169,990 at Oakhurst Estates in Orange City. The three-bedroom Cameron model offers 1,404 square feet of living space. Oakhurst Estates is a single-family community featuring three-, four- and five-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,404 to 3,450 square feet.
