55 YEARS OF DELIGHTING HOMEBUYERS

Not many homebuilders can point to a track record of success dating back to 1959. But K. Hovnanian Homes has been delighting buyers across the U.S. for 55 years and counting.

Today, the company is building in 202 communities spanning 16 states. It ranks among the nation’s largest builders, with 5,266 homes completed last year.

In Orlando, K. Hovnanian remains a major force, offering homes in an array of styles and price ranges, providing mortgage and title services and leveraging its national clout to create more bang for the buck.

Locally, the company is moving full speed ahead with several new communities. One of them is Estates at Wekiva, offering new luxury homes in desirable East Apopka.

Estates at Wekiva is intimate, with just 31 oversized homesites. Homes will include one- and two-story models with four to six bedrooms, three to six bathrooms and three-car garages.

Square footage will range from 2,553 to 4,600 and prices will start from the $370s. A decorated model is now open.

Every home in Estates at Wekiva will be packed with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient technology, and a number of luxurious upgrade options will be offered.

The general location has for decades been one of the most desirable in Central Florida. The community is adjacent to the venerable Sweetwater Country Club and less than a mile from the 7,000-acre Wekiva Springs State Park. Many other natural attractions are nearby, including Rock Springs, Kelly Park and Lake Apopka. A plethora of shopping, dining and entertainment options are nearby, and downtown Orlando is easily accessible via I-4.

Also in the Apopka area, K. Hovnanian is getting underway at Belmont Reserve, a townhome community located two miles from S.R. 429, also known as the Western Beltway. Buyers will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a gated entrance, a community pool and clubhouse and a childrens’ play area.

Nearby is the City of Apopka’s Northwest Recreational Complex, which boasts multiple athletic fields, an amphitheater, walking paths and playgrounds. Call for pricing information.

On the west side, K. Hovnanian has announced plans for Walkers Cove, a townhome community in Winter Garden, generally considered to be one of the coolest small cities in Central Florida.

Amenities will include a swimming pool and cabana, and a tot lot is planned. It’s adjacent to the popular West Orange Trail and walking or biking distance from Winter Garden’s Downtown Historic District, with its shops, restaurants and weekend farmers’ market. Lakeview Middle School is within walking distance. Call for pricing information.

K Hovnanian is nearing closeout on several communities, including Provence at Lake Sheen and Pickett Reserve, both in Orlando, and Village of Wesmere in Ocoee. It’s continuing in Lake Burden at the Lakes of Windermere, where more than half the homesites are on the water.
