INFINITI HOUSING STRIVES TO ENRICH LIVES

FEATURED BUILDER

Aldo Martin believes that Infiniti Housing isn’t just in the business of building homes; it’s in the business of enriching lives. Martin, president of the Baldwin Park-based company, puts it succinctly: “We aren’t just building you a home, we’re creating a memorable experience.”

Martin, a soft-spoken native of Cuba who’s also an acknowledged leader in the local new-home industry, says his parents’ advice was to “live the Ten Commandments” and to hold himself to a high ethical standard in both business and in life.

For Martin, it’s obviously worked out well. Infiniti Housing, which is owned by Rey Group Industries, is as busy as ever. And last year, for the second consecutive year, it was voted “Best Residential Builder” by the readers of Orlando Business Journal.

Under Martin’s leadership, Infiniti Housing is finishing up in Villa Sol, a Mediterranean-style community in Osceola County. The company has just been contracted to build The Fountains at ChampionsGate, an 80-unit townhome development also in Osceola County. There, prices will start in the $350s.

Nearby, in Polk County, is The Towns at Legacy Park, offering vacation townhomes from the $140s-$160s. Both The Fountains at ChampionsGate and The Towns at Legacy Park are in the so-called Four Corners area, a hotbed of vacation-home activity near the theme parks, outlet malls and attractions along International Drive.

Closer in, Infiniti Housing is attracting attention with its sleek and stylish City Living Homes, which are being built on infill lots in such trendy downtown Orlando neighborhoods as Thornton Park and the Milk District. The contemporary homes are priced from $599,000.

Despite the upturn in business, Martin finds time to give back to the community and the industry. In 2012 he served as president of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (formerly the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando). He’s also a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Hispanic Initiatives of the Boy Scouts of America.
