HOME-GROWN PARK SQUARE NEARS 30TH ANNIVERSARY

Any business that has survived through decades of economic ups and downs has earned bragging rights. But it’s a particularly impressive achievement when a locally owned homebuilding company approaches its 30th anniversary stronger than ever.

Over the past decade, many family owned builders have been gobbled up by national companies. Others have vanished after finding it impossible to match up against competitors who buy their lumber by the forest.  

On the roster of the Top 20 homebuilding companies in the Orlando area, only two are locally owned. Coming in at No. 12 on that list is Park Square Homes.

Founded in1984 by Braham Aggarwal, Suresh Gupta and Anil Deshpande, Park Square Homes has built more than 6,000 homes for families throughout Central Florida. The company has also built scores of vacation homes for visitors and investors. 

Today, Park Square is under the leadership of Vishaal Gupta, who is carrying on the family tradition of providing innovative designs, superior construction and an unwavering commitment to homeowner satisfaction.
