????Tarragon Corporation has introduced Bishop’s Court at Windsor Parke, located just off Hodges Boulevard. The condominium community features quaint English country-style architecture with units priced from the $90s.?

????Esplanade at Town Center, a condominium community located near J. Turner Butler Boulevard, is attracting buyers with its array of amenities. Among them: garage parking, a resort-style swimming pool, a sundeck and gazebo, a cyber caf?and a clubhouse encompassing media, fitness and business centers. Units are priced from the mid-$100s to the high $200s.?

????Chase Properties is selling Mediterranean-style condominiums in the planned Grande Harbour at Palm Cove Marina, located just west of the Intracoastal Waterway on Beach Boulevard. Amenities include a Vegas-style “Lazy River” pool and climate-controlled storage. Wet and dry boat slips are also available. Prices range from the $400s to $2.4 million.

????Maronda Homes has debuted Hills of Ortega Townhomes, located off Roosevelt Boulevard across from Naval Air Station Jacksonville. Each three-bedroom unit has a loft and one-car garage. Prices start in the $140s.

????Lakeside is a new Morrison Homes townhome community under construction near Lane Avenue and Wilson Boulevard. Prices start in the $160s.

????Joyce Development is building Tapestry Park, a mixed-use urban village at Southside Boulevard and Gate Parkway. The community will include townhomes, a lakeside restaurant, a hotel, office condominiums and retail space. Residential units are priced from the high $200s to the low $400s.?
????Landsouth Construction is taking reservations for Phase III of Valencia, a condominium community located in south Jacksonville Beach. Also in Jacksonville Beach, immediate move-in is available at the Water’s Edge condominium community.

????Ryland Homes is building 166 townhomes at the Villages of Northwoods, located across from New Berlin Elementary School on the Northside. Prices start in the $170s.

?????ICI Homes has begun construction on the community center at Villages of Westport, also located on the Northside. The facility will include a fitness center, an adult pool, a kiddie pool with two waterslides, a barbecue pavilion and sports courts. Also at Villages of Westport, ICI has announced Village of Creston, a neighborhood of single-family homes priced from the $350s, while Beazer Homes has models ready for move-in priced from the mid-$200s to the low $300s.?

FLAGLER County

????WCI has opened two model homes at Casa Bella at Hammock Dunes to spotlight the community’s Toscana and Milano carriage home floorplans. Prices start in the $700s.

????The Ginn Company’s proposal to build 453 single-family homes at The Gardens of Hammock Beach has been approved. The community will have sewers and a central water system in lieu of septic tanks and wells. Ginn has also named Brentwood Custom Homes as an approved builder at Yacht Club Village, a community of luxury custom homes where homesites are priced from the $400s.

Palm Coast Holdings has completed Phase I of Town Center at Palm Coast. The 1,557-acre development will eventually include 2,500 homes and a business center.

CLAY County

????Tarragon Corporation has debuted Cobblestone at Eagle Harbor, a condominium community where units are priced from the $100s. Amenities include a clubhouse, a fitness center, a full-sized pool, a heated spa and an on-site playground.

????Armco Builders is developing Governor’s Point in Green Cove Springs. The three-story building will contain 49 condominium units.

NASSAU?County

????Adar Developers has announced Aventura Island, a community of single-family homes located on S.R. 107 and Frank Ward Road. Adar is also planning a yet-unnamed community west of Middle Road that will include 44 five-acre homesites and 481 one-acre homesites.

????Construction has begun on the 1,400-acre Tupelo Plantation, a new equestrian community located west of U.S. 301 and north of I-10 near Callahan. Homesites range in size from seven to 32 acres and are priced from the $150s to the $270s. The property encompasses an eight-acre lake with 700 acres of common space for riding and hiking trails.?

ST. JOHNS County

????Villa homes are now available at the gated Augustine Island neighborhood in Palencia. Homes are priced starting in the $900s.

????Four new designs by Ryland Homes are now available at Durbin Crossing, located off Race Track and Russell Sampson roads. Prices range from the $250s to the $330s.

????Six builders are constructing homes in Phases I and II of Heritage Landing, the newest neighborhood within World Golf Village. Located at Six Mile Creek and the St. Johns River, the 680-acre project includes 1,354 homesites. Prices start in the mid-$100s.

????Morrison Homes is set to debut new single-family models at Sevilla, located at the World Commerce Center near World Golf? Village. Homes will be priced from the $270s to the $380s.?

CAMDEN County

????Lakebridge at Winding River by Maronda Homes will soon get under way, with homes priced from $214,200 to $279,800. Amenities will include a fitness center, a tennis facility, a resort-style pool, ball fields, nature trails and play areas. Purchase includes associate golf initiation fee at Osprey Cove. Also at Winding River, LandMar has opened nine additional homesites priced from $75,900 for preserve views and $159,900 for marsh views. The sites come with an associate membership at Osprey Cove and buyers have unlimited time to build.

In other LandMar news, the company has also purchased 750 acres of marsh and riverfront at the site of the former Durango-Georgia Pacific paper mill in St. Marys. After demolition and environmental cleanup, the site will become a multi-use community and marina.
