About NEFBA
????Founded in 1944, the Northeast Florida Builders Association is the state’s largest builders association, representing more than 2,000 builder and associate members in nine counties.? Its member companies employ more than 50,000 people in the area.
????The organization’s spring Parade of Homes is the area’s largest single event showcasing new homes, with entries spanning price points from $100,000 to $2 million-plus.?
????Each October, members gather for their annual gala to celebrate the year’s successes and raise funds for charity. The Arnold Tritt Scholarship Fund has distributed over $25,000 to students enrolled in the University of North Florida’s Building Construction Management program.
????In addition to serving as a training, networking, promotion and representation organization for the construction industry, NEFBA works to maintain affordable housing in the community.??
????NEFBA’s Builders Care was launched in 2001 in partnership with the Jacksonville" target="_blank">Duval County Housing Authority to provide home repairs to the area’s elderly and disadvantaged.? More than 600 homes have been improved and remodeled under the program.
