The oceanfront development will have 26 penthouse-sized units with prices starting over $2 million.

NEW PROJECTS

Liberty Harbor, a mixed-use waterfront development on 110 acres in historic Brunswick, Ga. , was announced by Liberty Harbor LLC, a subsidiary of WW Group Holdings, an Ohio-based real estate investment fund. The $1 billion development will include 1,600 luxury condominiums priced in the mid-$400s. A four-star hotel, a club complex, a public access marina and a town center are also planned. .Harmony Homes/A Drees Company broke ground on three new communities: Morse Oaks on the Westside, and North Campus and Oakbrook, both on the Northside. .Engle Homes is planning to build 141 homes in Amhurst Oaks in Callahan. .Morrison Homes released 35 premium lots at St. Johns Golf & Country Club. .Beazer Homes is building in Villages of Westport, a new community in Northwest Jacksonville, where prices will start in the mid-$200s. Beazer also released the first home sites in the final phase of South Hampton, located off S.R. 210 in St. Augustine. Prices there start in the low $400s. .Trident Realty Corp has started a second cluster of homes at The Villas of Augustine Island at Palencia. .D.R. Horton is building two new multifamily communities on the Westside: Manotak Oaks and Natures Hideaway, with prices starting in the $100s. .Mercedes Homes opened Academy Park, a town-home community on the Northside where prices begin in the $130s. Osprey Cove in St. Mary's, Ga., added Watson Custom Home Builders to its list of builders. .The Trio Group LLC has taken over The Preserve at Palm Coast, where sales of three-bedroom luxury condominiums and penthouses are scheduled to begin soon.

SRG Homes and Neighborhoods completed a new model called The Powell at Second and Hubbard streets in Springfield. .Engle Homes opened a new model featuring its Sapphire floor plan in Jacksonville" target="_blank">Clay County's Silver Creek. .Morrison Homes opened two new models featuring its Yorkshire and Brookwood floor plans in Bartram Springs, off Racetrack Road in southern Jacksonville" target="_blank">Duval County. .WCI opened a furnished model at Cambria at Hammock Dunes in Palm Coast. .Beazer Homes has two new town-home models at Emerald Preserve at Bartram Park off St. Augustine Road.

LandMar Group has connected its communities at South Hampton and Osprey Cove via community intranet sites. .Sevilla at World Commerce Center launched a new Web site, www.sevillaatworldcommerce.com, with information about the community and its two new preferred builders, Richmond American Homes and Ryland Homes.
