D.R. Horton has begun pre-sales of homes in Two Creeks, its newest single-family community in Middleburg. With pricing from the $180s, the three-, four- and five-bedroom homes are offered in 18 different floorplans. Community amenities will include a pool, a children’s playground and tennis courts. Parks, lakes and other recreational activities are nearby.

Three fully-furnished model homes recently opened in Rolling Hills at Lake Asbury, developed by East West Partners. Built by Ryland Homes and CornerStone Homes, the four-bedroom models include screened lanais, optional game rooms and spacious owner’s suites. Homes in the 562-acre community are priced from the $200s. Construction is under way on the community amenities, which include an outdoor party pavilion, miniature golf with a winding river, a fitness center and a kids club.

Brylen Homes is expanding its remodeling services. The company, which also has a custom homebuilding division, has handled remodeling projects ranging from room additions and guest houses to highly-specialized custom updates of home theaters, bathrooms and kitchens.

The Jacksonville Symphony Guild’s 2008 Showhouse and Gardens will be held this year in Pablo Creek Reserve and presented by Bank of America. The 6,000-square-foot custom estate and its surrounding gardens will be open to the public from April 19 through May 11. The Showhouse is the key fundraiser for the Symphony Guild, and proceeds help to fund the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. The builder is Collier Classic Homes. Woodside Homes recently celebrated completion of the clubhouse at its Amelia Walk community, located in Fernandina Beach. The facility boasts coastal Southeastern architecture and detailing such as lap and shake siding, metal roofing and ornamental interior lanterns. The first phase of Amelia Walk will include four neighborhoods, with homes priced from the low $200s.

Richmond American has opened the Sheridan model home in Marshes at Lanceford, located in Yulee. The community offers eight one- and two-story single-family floorplans priced from the high $200s. The one-story Sheridan features covered front and back porches and spacious family living spaces.

Publix Supermarket will serve as the anchor retailer for the first phase of the Nocatee Town Center. The store is slated to open next summer according to The Parc Group, developers of Nocatee. Along with the grocery store, the 135,000-square-foot Town Center will house restaurants, banks and other retail and service businesses.

Richmond American is offering homes in its new Woodlake community, located near Crescent Beach. Priced from the $300s, homes include three to five bedrooms with optional three-car garages. Woodlake is a gated, eco-friendly community with natural conservation areas and heavily wooded lots.

Holder Johnson Homes has opened model homes in the communities of Aberdeen and Durbin Crossing. The Ashford model is located in the Seaton Manor neighborhood of Aberdeen while the Dover model will be offered in the Crestwood Park and Saddlestone Park neighborhoods of Durbin Crossing. Holder Johnson homes are priced from the $290s. The company also plans to build custom and semi-custom homes on select homesites.

Toll Brothers has announced the completion of its luxury townhomes at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee. Part of the company’s Carriage Collection, these three-bedroom homes are available in three designs and include screened-in lanais and two-car attached garages. Residents also have access to a clubhouse, a fitness center, three resort-style swimming pools and multi-purpose ball fields.

Sales are now under way in Villages of Seloy, located in St. Augustine and developed by the Retirement Corporation of America-Florida. Priced from the high $200s, these ranch-style condominiums are offered in four different floorplans.

Lennar Homes has unveiled two new model homes in Quail Ridge at Heritage Park. The homes showcase the company’s "Logic of Lennar" concept, with upgraded features and finishes included as standard. Homes in Quail Ridge are priced from the $190s and are located on waterfront or wooded homesites.
