Groundbreaking was recently held for the first condominium building at Ortega Landing, a 192-slip marina and 38-unit luxury condominium community overlooking the Ortega River. Guests took rides in a lift, provided by developer MLG Communities, that replicated spectacular views that residents will enjoy. Shown at the groundbreaking are representatives from MLG Development, Rink Design and Atkinson Realty Group.

For the second year in a row, St. Johns Forest hosted an annual Food, Networking and Shopping benefit for Womenade, a local charitable women's organization that supports Daniel, an agency assisting at-risk youth and their families. Womenade was founded in 2002 by Judy Hicks, of

Toll Brothers recently paired up with Julington Creek Elementary School to educate students about college savings through a coloring contest. More than 100 students submitted a completed page from the Toll Brothers coloring book, "Our New Home." Several winners were selected and received gift cards from Toys ‘R’ Us as well as savings bonds. The teachers of the first place winners, Jaclyn Clarke and Cathy Mullan, received a gift card to the Spa at Bartram Walk. The Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association recently held a Bowling Challenge at the Mandarin Bowl America. The highest scoring team was from the Montello Agency, which donated its $250 prize money to Builders Care, the nonprofit division of NEFBA. The "Strike It Rich" award went to Kim Coughlin of East West Partners. Shown are (left to right): Ed Agular from E.A.
