In Northeast Florida, the abbreviation “JCP” is usually quickly recognized as a reference to Julington Creek Plantation. This 5,000-acre master-planned community, with its resort-style amenities and country-club setting, has been extraordinarily popular for years. Today, there are more than 5,800 homes nestled in 30 distinctive neighborhoods.

With every recreational opportunity imaginable, from swimming to hiking to golfing, its no wonder that Julington Creek, located in St. Johns County, has remained a major draw for buyers. Buyers in Plantation Grove and Magnolia Preserve can enjoy Julington Creek’s amenities, including two resort-style amenity centers; volleyball, basketball and tennis courts; an 18-hole, championship golf course; 10 soccer/baseball fields; parks and picnic areas; seven miles of biking and jogging trails; and several playgrounds. There are 1,200 acres of natural areas and 100 acres of lakes.
