Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, has acquired 200 townhome sites at Willowbrook in Clay County’s OakLeaf Plantation. The company plans to begin sales during the third quarter of this year. U.S. Group President Steve Parker says the townhomes will offer 1,500 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Prices will start in the $120s.

In other news from Mattamy Homes, the company has opened Phase II at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee, located off U.S. 1 just north of Race Track Road in Ponte Vedra. Kerry Soltis, marketing manager for the builder’s Jacksonville Division, says the 30 homes slated for Phase II are from the company’s Innovation Series. They range in size from 2,483 to 3,221 square feet and encompass three or four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. There’s one model home, The Kaila, available for viewing in Phase I. Another model home, in Phase II, will open in February. Prices in Greenleaf Village start at $206,990.
SeaGate Homes is putting the finishing touches on The Seaspray, a Key West-style, 2,048-square-foot spec home in the oceanside community of Seagrove in St. Augustine. Priced at $304,900, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home boasts an open floorplan and a beachy feel, according to Robert Gazzoli, SeaGate’s president.
