CLAY COUNTY
Ryland Homes is now offering homes priced from the $130s in its Middleburg community of Pine Ridge. Buyers have a choice of eight floorplans ranging in size from 1,402 to 2,984 square feet. Pine Ridge includes a Craftsman-themed amenity center, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a resort-style pool with a slide and much more.   

DUVAL COUNTY
Ocean’s Edge, a Jacksonville Beach condominium community, has received Federal Housing Administration (FHA) project approval, making it possible for qualified buyers to obtain low-down-payment, fixed-rate mortgages at competitive rates. The approval process includes demonstrating that the condominium association is financially healthy, that the community is primarily comprised of owner-occupants and second homeowners rather than investors and that construction of the buildings meet FHA standards.

Collins Builders has aligned with two area lenders to pay closing costs up to 3 percent and prepaids up to 1 percent for buyers who secure their financing through either of the company’s preferred lenders. Details are available at any Collins Builders community in Duval County. 

Lennar Homes recently put the finishing touches on a model home in the new community of Yellow Bluff Landing, located on the Northside. The 3,258-square-foot Brio model features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. The base price is $208,920. Also in Yellow Bluff Landing, Lennar will feature eight floorplans ranging in size from 1,544 to over 2,900 square feet.

Adams Homes recently introduced a new veterans appreciation program dubbed “V.A. $1.00 Move In.”  V.A.- financed buyers pay a $1,000 binder and, at closing, the company pays all closing costs and prepaids and refunds $999. For more details, call any Adams Homes model home sales agent.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY
New construction is again under way at Palencia, the amenity rich, master-planned community on U.S. 1 just north of St. Augustine. Kingsouth Construction recently purchased five lots in the Sebastian Square neighborhood and has already sold three custom homes. CornerStone Homes also presold two custom homes in the community, one in Sebastian Square and another in Trellis Park.

Mattamy Homes is building 43 new single-family Innovation Series homes at Durbin Crossing. Buyers may choose from one- or two-story plans ranging in size from 1,450 to 2,700 square feet with prices starting in the high $100s. The community offers social and recreational opportunities for the entire family, including a clubhouse, a resort-style pool with slide, a playground, a fitness center, a catering kitchen, an athletic field and basketball and tennis courts.

KB Home is showcasing its new Open Series family of floorplans at Pescara at MuraBella. The new collection offers 10 one- and two-story floorplans ranging in size from 1,424 to 3,366 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two or two-and-a-half bathrooms. Residents will have access to a variety of community amenities, including a pool, a clubhouse, a playground, a fitness center and sports fields. Prices start in the $140s.

Also in MuraBella, Eagle Homes plans to build the Haw-thorne model, a two-story, 2,568-square-foot  home featuring five bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a study and a three-car garage. The home will be priced at $267,440. The builder plans to introduce additional homes in the community priced from the $190s.

Taylor Morrison has acquired 425 homesites at Las Calinas, located near International Golf Parkway. The community will feature the builder’s new Heritage Series of one- and two-story designer homes. Buyers can choose from three-, four- and five-bedroom floorplans, all of which include family rooms, dining nooks, lanais, lofts and dens. Homes will range in size from 1,442 to 3,284 square feet and are priced from the $150s. In the short term, presales for Las Calinas will be handled through the builder’s Austin Park at Nocatee sales center.

Homes by Deltona has just completed its first home, the Milan Mediterranean, in San Savino in The Villages of Tuscany at St. Augustine Shores. In San Savino, the company will offer eight floorplans featuring classic architectural designs and ranging in size from 1,469 to 3,016 square feet. Prices will start in the mid-$200s.
