Davidson Development is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Under the leadership of Jim and Sherry Davidson, president and vice president, the company is best-known as master developer of World Golf Village, a 6,300-acre community in northwest Jacksonville">St. Johns County.

Sisler Johnston Interior Design recently provided students from Bartram Trail High School’s interior design program with a unique job shadowing experience. The students assisted members of the Jacksonville">Jacksonville interior design firm with the installation of Windward Commons, a new community center at Fleet Landing in Atlantic Beach. Over 200 home builders and architects attended the Raise the Floor 2009 Design Challenge kickoff, which marked the launch of a competition for the opportunity to design and build an award-winning raised wood floor home. Sponsors included the Southern Forest Products Association, the Florida Wood Council, the Northeast Florida Builders Association and APA, the trade association for engineered wood products.
