ICI Homes recently hosted a wine and cheese soiree for Realtors at the company’s Design Center. Judith Sisler Johnston of Sisler Johnston Interior Design gave a presentation on “Interior Designing Solutions for Challenging Economic Times”? while ICI North Florida Division President Don Wilford gave a synopsis on the state of the market. Attendees enjoyed food and wine catered by Katerlady.

Davidson Realty and Victory Title recently sponsored a free Gardening and Landscaping Expo at St. Johns Golf & Country Club. The event featured Larry “The Gardener” O’Neil of WJXT’s Morning Show and WOKV’s Home and Garden Radio Show. Shown (left to right) are: Davidson

Sisler Johnston Interior Design recently served on the design team and provided furnishings for a new, wheelchair-accessible home for O’Shay Johnson and his family. The Baker County High School teenager was paralyzed during football practice last year. The project was organized by Builders Care and involved more than 150 community volunteers. In addition, Fred Munson Builders of Macclenny worked with Longobucco Designs to build a new home to replace the mobile home the family previously occupied.?

Ryland Homes held a grand opening celebration at one of its newest Northeast Florida communities, Pine Ridge, with Realtors as the guests of honor. The grand opening festivities at the Jacksonville" target="_blank">Clay County development included model home and showcase home tours, a catered lunch at the $4 million amenity center and prize drawings.?
