CornerStone Homes has two available homes ready for move-in at Rolling Hills and Eagle Harbor. Priced at $239,900 with more than 2,100 square feet, The Julington in Rolling Hills is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom neo-classical-style home including a large family room, open gourmet kitchen and separate flex room. The Ashborne, a 2,488-square-foot home, is also available in Rolling Hills and is priced at $264,900. The new floorplan features three bedrooms, a guest suite and three bathrooms with hardwood floors in the living areas.
DUVAL COUNTY
Collins Builders has unveiled 10 new home designs that feature Craftsman-
style architectural de-
tails such as large porches with tapered columns and low-pitched rooflines. The homes range in size from 1,266 to 3,256 square feet and are priced from the low $130s. Meanwhile, the company is also offering closeout specials on remaining homes and homesites in Hayden Lakes, Blackwood Forest and Dunns Creek Plantation. Homes are priced from the $120s.
CornerStone Homes has introduced a new collection of one- and two-story floorplans that showcase the company’s distinctive architectural style. The new homes also offer energy-efficient features such as Low-E windows and GE Energy Star-rated appliances. Prices start at $149,900. The plans will be available in all CornerStone communities and also can be built on private homesites.
Four of D.R. Horton’s 13 new model homes in the master-planned
community of Aberdeen are now available for purchase. The 1,960-square-foot Grand Teton has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is priced at $239,990. The Lockhart model, priced at $299,990, offers 2,602 square feet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Also available are the Winchester II, priced at $299,990, and the Saxony, priced at $269,990. The homes are located on cul-de-sac and preserve homesites.
D.R. Horton recently released more than 40 new condominium homes at its Summer Key community. The Caribbean-inspired two- and three-bedroom units range in size from 927 to 1,145 square feet and are priced from $105,990.
Mattamy Homes recently began construction of a new Innovation Series model home at Covenant Cove. The new two-story Plan 5 model, one of seven new designs, is 2,514 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and an oversized second-level that could be used as a fourth bedroom with the addition of an optional third bathroom.
Ocean’s Edge Condominium has unveiled a new “Test Drive” program, which allows home buyers to lease a condo before they buy. A limited number of units priced from the $160s are available for the program.
FLAGLER COUNTY
ABD Development Company
plans to introduce two new smaller,
smarter luxury homes at Toscana, a gated luxury community in Palm Coast. The homes, which will range in size from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, will be priced from $500,000.
ST. JOHNS COUNTY
CornerStone Homes recently completed two homes in the Austin Park neighborhood at Nocatee. The 2,401-square-foot Parkwood is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home priced at $299,900. It features a covered lanai and three-car garage. The Atlantis, priced at $339,900, is 2,740 square feet and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a bonus room.
Arthur Rutenberg Homes is the first preferred builder in the 1,006-acre community of Madeira. The company is offering its one-story Seabrook model, which features three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 2,250 square feet. Also available will be the Tradewinds model, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 3,000 square feet.
Eagle Homes is expanding into MuraBella with its two-story Hawthorn inventory home. The 2,568-square-foot home, which features a stucco exterior with stonework, is located on a 22,000-square-foot homesite. Priced at $267,440, the Hawthorn has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a study and a three-car garage. Eagle Homes also will make its Avondale, Ironwood and Birch floorplans available to MuraBella buyers.
Ryland Homes has several move-in ready homes available at its Durbin Crossing community. Prices range from $206,990 to $391,990 while homes range in size from 1,487 to 3,596 square feet.
Mattamy Homes recently unveiled the first model in its new Innovation Series of floorplans at Sevilla located in World Golf Village in St. Augustine. The two-story Plan 4 model offers 2,189 square feet of living space and a large backyard. The home, which features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and an oversized second floor loft, is priced from the $190s. ?

Toll Brothers is offering more homesite selections for its Signature Collection at Durbin Crossing North. The Signature Collection is the larger of two luxury home collections offered in the community, where many of the homesites feature nature or water views. Prices start in the $400s.

Garage-sale pricing and one-of-a-kind items highlighted the Remodelers Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s (NEFBA) First Annual Building Materials Garage Sale.
