New Projects
Indicate a Bright Future for Jax.
Anyone who thinks of Jacksonville as being a step behind the state’s larger cities in its hipness quotient should have been with me recently at the grand opening of III Forks, an upscale steak and seafood restaurant located in Tapestry Park.

III Forks, owned by Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurant Operations, has only six locations nationwide, including Dallas, Austin, Houston, Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens—and now, right here in the River City.

It says a lot about our community and its prospects for the future that an operation like III Forks chose to make such a big investment here. It’s a 9,300-square-foot facility with a world-class menu and a 300-label wine room.

The setting also says a lot about our city. Tapestry Park is a walkable, urban-village-style community featuring condos and townhomes above retail shops. It’s truly a leading-edge project.
III Forks and Tapestry Park, among
other projects, prove that once-sleepy
Jacksonville is still evolving. Clearly, it’s an exciting time to live in Northeast Florida.
