CLAY COUNTY
CornerStone Homes
, which is offering homes in Doctors Inlet Reserve, has only three homesites remaining in the popular community. The company is building on all three homesites, and will have move-in-ready homes available by the end of the year.

DUVAL COUNTY
Beazer Homes
has launched a new Web site, www.Beazer.com, 
that boasts improved design aesthet-
ics and enhanced functionality. The new design has been a year in the making, according to company officials. ?

D.R. Horton says that only six homes remain in amenity-rich Heron’s Landing, a condominium community in the Intracoastal West area. ?Pricing for these one- and two-story homes start from the $130s and each home includes an attached, direct-access garage.

Mattamy Homes recently held an “Innovations” party to introduce several new designs at its Covenant Cove community. Covenant Cove is the only active new-home community close to the beach selling homes priced in the low $200s.

Taylor Morrison is offering “Super Hero Savings” to teachers and medical professionals as well as fire, police and military personnel. Savings can amount to as much 
as $5,000 and the program is ap-
plicable in all the company’s communities. Discounts can also be applied toward upgrades, say company officials.

Remember when living at the beach was a luxury few could afford? At Ocean’s Edge Condominium in Jacksonville">Jacksonville Beach, new condos are available priced from the $160s. The beachside community offers amenities such as a beautiful new clubhouse with an outdoor grilling area, state-of-the-art fitness center and resort-style pool.

NASSAU COUNTY
Two of the remaining Garden Block cottage homesites recently sold in Amelia Park’s Coastal District. This quaint block includes seven lots and is located a casual five-minute walk from the neighborhood’s Town Square. Four more cottage lots have been released for sale at $59,000. Amelia Park is an award-winning Traditional Neighborhood Development in Fernandina Beach.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY
Aurora Custom Homes
has begun construction on an “ultimate” green home in Ponte Vedra Beach. The home is being built to receive 
LEED, Green Built Homes of Florida and Energy Star certifications. Company President Michael Lenahen is a Certified Green Professional, a designation issued by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). “We’re providing educational tours of the home, by appointment only, to allow the public a behind-the-scenes look at how to build a sustainable home that’s energy efficient and limits the use of natural resources,” notes Lenahen. Mattamy Homes has broken ground on a new model located at the front entrance to Sevilla. The new model is part of the company’s 
“Innovations” program, through which new floorplans and designs 
are being introduced. The company plans to have the model com-
pleted and decorated by Thanksgiving.

CornerStone Homes is now building at MuraBella, a master-planned community near World Golf Village in northern Jacksonville">St. Johns County. ?The homebuilder has a limited number of homesites available, many of which are waterfront or have scenic lake views. Homes are priced starting from $199,900.

The St. John’s County Planning and Zoning Commission recently approved Riverwood by 
Del Webb’s zoning change request, 
which allows for expansion of the active-adult community. Located in the master-planned community of Nocatee, Riverwood by Del Webb will now encompass 1,105 acres with 1,988 homes and a 37,000-square-foot amenity center, larger than originally planned. Del Webb’s parent company is Pulte Homes.

Taylor Morrison has unveiled a series of new home designs in the community of St. Johns Forest. ?To showcase the collection, the company has completed a model home dubbed the Madison II, a Mediterranean-inspired beauty featuring an open courtyard with a summer kitchen and fire place.

Also in St. Johns Forest, David Weekley Homes recently completed a new ready-to-move-in home. The Sablewind is a one-story, 2,590-square-foot design with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a retreat space near the secondary bedrooms and a three-car garage.

Only five ready-to-move-in homes and eight homesites remain at Las Calinas by Beazer Homes, located in St. Augustine. The four- and five-bedroom homes range in size from 2,465 to 2,811 square feet and prices start from the high $200s.

Toll Brothers recently celebrat-
ed the grand opening of its new Residents’ Club at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee. Guests enjoyed family activities, entertainment, refreshments and the opportunity to tour 
the new community amenity center, designed exclusively for Coastal Oaks residents.

Also in Nocatee, the first phase 
of the elaborate Community Park is complete and has been donated to Jacksonville">St. Johns County for community recreation. The firm of Ervin
 Lovett Miller (ELM) served as architect, landscape architect and recreation planner for the park.

Taylor Morrison’s North Florida Division
was recently chosen by the company’s corporate offices as Volunteer of the Quarter for its work with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Following the announcement, Taylor Morrison presented the non-profit organization with a check for $500.
