CLAY COUNTY - Armco Builders has announced plans for a new riverfront community in Green Cove Springs. Governor’s Point Yacht Club will boast Mediterranean-inspired townhomes on the St. Johns River, each with its own boat slip and waterfront views. Amenities will include a fitness and social center, sundeck and pool cabana. Homes are priced from the $450s and construction will be under way by the late spring.

DUVAL COUNTY - Mattamy Homes has begun presales of single-family homes in one of its newest neighborhoods North Campus, off Dunn Avenue. Homes range from three to four bedrooms, and pricing starts in the $140s. A model home is under construction and will be opening soon. The oak-studded community will also feature water views and a tot lot.

Construction of three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury condominiums at Ortega Landing is well under way. The 2,600-square-foot units will have private elevators and nine-foot ceilings. All 38 units boast stunning views of the 192-slip marina and the Ortega River.?

Engle Homes is now selling homes on estate-sized homesites in the Mandarin community of Abigail Estates, where a 3,800-square-foot model recently opened. Prices in Abigail Estates start in the mid-$300s.

Phase II of Richmond American Homes’ Cambridge Estates is now open and a fully decorated model, the Talbot, has been completed. Buyers in this popular Northside community can choose from ten single- and two-story floorplans priced from the mid-$100s. The Talbot boasts an inviting covered entryway followed by formal living and dining rooms. Also on the main level, a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook opens up to a spacious family room. Upstairs, the second-level master suite includes an expansive walk-in closet and a lavish glamour bath with dual vanity sinks and a private water closet.

Bellissimo, a new collection of semi-custom homes in the community of Palermo, has been introduced by The Pineapple Corporation. The homes, priced from the mid-$400s, will be built on 60-foot homesites.

D.R. Horton has opened a new model, the Biscayne, in its Pritchard Point community on the Westside. Part of the builder’s Discovery Series, the Biscayne is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

FLAGLER COUNTY - Seagate Homes has begun presales in the Palm Coast community of Grand Landings, developed by LandMar. Three-, four- and five-bedroom homes are priced in the $210s. A fully furnished model will be available for viewing this summer. Grand Landings is one of the LandMar communities encompassing the Grand Club, a group master-planned developments offering golf, marinas and sports club facilities. Homeowners in each Grand Club community will be able to use amenities in the other communities.

NASSAU COUNTY - Live/work designs by Brylen Homes are now available in Amelia Park, a Traditional Neighborhood Development on Amelia Island. Featuring coastal-inspired architecture, the first floor of each two-story unit features office or business space while the second-floor residence above offers views of the community’s town square and surrounding neighborhoods. Prices start at $549,000.?

Taylor Morrison has added three new home designs to the selection already available in the Yulee community of River Glen. The Sterling, Brighton and Manchester floorplans are priced from the $180s, $190s and $200s respectively. Community amenities include pools, basketball and tennis courts, a baseball field, a fitness center and a clubhouse.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY - Builder W.A. Homes has recently completed two models in the northern St. Johns County community of Twin Lakes. Offered by Floridian Lifestyles Realty, the Cassiopeia and Bastian models have three and four bedrooms and feature neotraditional architecture. Homesites at Twin Lakes are priced from $53,900 while homes are priced from the $180s.

Austin Park, a neighborhood in The Town of Nocatee, has now welcomed more than 30 families as residents. CornerStone Homes has five Austin Park homes available for immediate move-in, ranging in size from 1,938 to more than 3,800 square feet. Amenities in Nocatee include a community center, an aquatic park, a sports fields, a dog park and an extensive greenway throughout the community. Also at Nocatee, the first phase of the Nocatee Parkway has officially opened. The $75 million, four-lane highway provides the beach communities of Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville Beach with a hurricane evacuation route. Nocatee Parkway was built by the PARC Group as part of their transportation commitments for the master-planned community, which straddles the border of St. Johns and Duval counties.

ICI Homes has completed seven luxury homes in popular St. Johns Forest. The homes, located on generous 80-foot lots, are priced from the high $600s. St. Johns Forest has a full-time recreation staff and amenities including a resort-style pool, a fitness center, tennis courts and a roller hockey rink.

The Crest in The Estates of World Golf Village has sold all of its 18 half-acre homesites. However, homes are still available in other World Golf Village neighborhoods priced from the $200s to more than $1 million. Community amenities include two world-class golf courses, the PGA TOUR Spa Laterra, a Swim & Tennis Center and a 9.15-acre neighborhood park.

CAMDEN COUNTY, GA - Ground has broken on a new community clubhouse in Cumberland Harbour, a peninsula community on the Georgia coast developed by Land Resource and bordered by the North River, Point Peter Creek and the St. Mary’s River. Homesites in the final two phases of the community, priced from the $200s up to $1 million, were released in March and a new firehouse was recently dedicated.
