CLAY COUNTY
CornerStone Homes has introduced three new floorplans at its Doctors Inlet Reserve community, located near the St. Johns River. Priced from the $150s, the floorplans are offered in traditional and neo-classical styles with one or two stories. Model homes are now open.

Construction has begun on a 6,350-square-foot residents’ club and amenity center at Rolling Hills at Lake Asbury. Designed by Basham & Lucas Design Group, the $5-million project will feature tennis courts, pools and miniature golf as well as a two-story clubhouse surrounded by an outdoor amphitheater, a garden golf course and a fenced dog park. The community, developed by East West Partners, will also have a full-time recreational staff once the center opens next summer.

Magnolia West in Green Cove Springs is now offering three-bedroom homes priced from the $140s. In addition to access to a neighborhood social and recreational center, residents may join the nearby Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club. Special incentives are being offered to buyers for a limited time and a model home is open. The community is being developed by Collins Builders.

DUVAL COUNTY
Sierra Development has formed a partnership with WaterMarke Realty Group, which is owned by the founders of the Queen’s Harbour Real Estate Company. WaterMarke Realty will spearhead sales for Sierra Development’s Valencia Condominiums community, now in its third phase. Buyers may choose from two- or three-bedroom luxury beachside condominiums located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in South Jacksonville Beach.

Homes priced from the mid-$200s are now available in the east Arlington community of Waterleaf. Home designs feature front porches, backyard patios and quaint lofts. The community, developed by Richmond American Homes, boasts a range of amenities including parks, lakes and a community? center with a waterpark playground.

Mattamy Homes is now offering a move-in special in its North Campus neighborhood. Qualified buyers can move into the community for a down payment of just $500. North Campus features five floorplans priced from $134,900.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Homesites are now available in Beach Haven, developed by McGarvey Residential Communities. Located steps from the ocean, Beach Haven sits on a unique coquina shelf that runs through the property. Homesites are priced from $139,900 and home designs include coastal cottages and beach bungalows priced from the low $400s.

NASSAU COUNTY
Taylor Morrison is now offering homes in its River Glen community priced from the $140s. Buyers have a choice of 11 floorplans with three or four bedrooms. The community’s newly opened amenities center includes a pool, a children’s spray pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, a clubhouse and fitness center.

A new 7,500-square-foot yacht club recently opened at Oyster Bay Harbour in Fernandina Beach. The private club features a fitness center, a game and card lounge, staterooms for social functions, a fishing pier and a glass-walled clubroom overlooking a 76-slip “clean water” certified marina. Homesites in Oyster Bay, developed by Canterra Interests, are priced from the $170s. Reservations are also being accepted for the community’s Island Villas townhomes.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY
Commercial and retail development has been on the upswing at Davidson Development’s World Golf Village. Residents of the community’s Neighborhoods of World Golf Village are enjoying the addition of a full-service CVS Pharmacy while a Walgreens Pharmacy and 54,000-square-foot Publix are under construction. Also planned is the 800,000-square foot Lion’s Gate Mall, the open-air Esplanade at St. Johns and an expansion of the St. Augustine Prime Outlets. The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village currently has 3,300 families in residence.

A designer-decorated model home built by Toll Brothers is now available at San Savino at The Villages of Tuscany, located in St. Augustine. Priced at $699,975, the 3,120-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms with a lavish master suite and an opulent kitchen. Toll Brothers is offering 10 floorplans in The Villages of Tuscany priced from the low-$300s.

ICI Homes is offering special savings on its homes in St. Johns Forest. Seven inventory homes, all on 80-foot homesites, are now available priced from the high $600s. St. Johns Forest features award-winning community amenities and a full-time recreational staff.

Kemick Homes is offering a special incentive for buyers of its homes in St. Johns Forest. Those who purchase a home before the end of September will receive a complete Kitchen Aid outdoor kitchen valued at more than $8,500. Kemick offers nine floorplans in the community with prices starting in the mid-$400s.

HOMEFRONT
Taylor Morrison hosted a summer cookout and block party to welcome the first residents in Phase II of Lakeside Townhomes. Guests were treated to hot dogs and sno-cones while
enjoying family entertainment, including a dance contest. Residents were shown enjoying the community’s amenities during the event.

Toll Brothers hosted its first Art Walk at The Colony at Greenbriar, where hundreds of original pieces of art and prints were displayed throughout the builder’s Willow Heritage model home. There visitors were able to purchase art and enjoy hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and door prizes.

The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village and Davidson Realty recently kicked off their participation in the 2008 March of Dimes March for Babies Campaign with a luncheon in downtown St. Augustine. Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson was guest speaker at the event. In 2007, the groups won two awards: one for the highest percentage increase in fundraising versus the previous year and another for having the most walkers. Last year, the March for Babies raised more than $101,000.
