Every year, Florida Homebuyer Jacksonville" target=_blank>Jacksonville unveils its “Best of the First Coast” feature, in which our editors choose what’s hot and what’s cool about Northeast Florida’s new-home communities.

We make no claims that the list is scientific and all-inclusive. It’s simply meant to point out some of the most innovative and intriguing aspects of local developments and to be an enjoyable and informative read.
