Eagle Homes opened its first model home in Middleburg’s Pine Ridge community. Eagle offers four floorplans in the community ranging in price from the $180s to the $240s and ranging in size from 1,515 to 2,415 square feet.
Third-generation homebuilder Collins Builders has expanded into 11 Northeast Florida communities, including Magnolia West in Green Cove Springs and Grey Stone in Glenn St. Mary. With homes priced from $118,000, the builder offers architectural styles ranging from Southern to Low Country to Florida Vernacular.
CornerStone Homes is offering its final homes in the community of Doctors Inlet Reserve in Middleburg. With convenient access to the St. Johns River, Doctors Lake, Doctors Inlet and Black Creek, residents enjoy public boat ramps and a variety of outdoor recreation and water sport opportunities. Priced from $159,900, CornerStone’s remaining homes feature distinctive semi-custom plans. Eight homesites are also available in the community.
Standard Pacific Homes has homes available in four Oak Leaf Plantation neighborhoods. Priced from the high $100s, the homes have either three or four bedrooms and feature bonus rooms that can be used as game rooms, offices or additional bedrooms. The homes are located in the neighborhoods of Timberlake, Silver Leaf, Creekview and Forest Brook.
DUVAL COUNTY
Pulte Homes has introduced its newest townhome community, Flagler Station, in historic Mandarin. Priced from the $220s, homes in Flagler Station are three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom designs that combine traditional architecture with luxurious amenities.
The Pineapple Corporation has added a new two-story floorplan to its Belissimo Collection in the community of Palermo. Priced from the mid-$400s, the collection features European architectural elevations inspired by Country French, Coastal Mediterranean and Tuscan designs. Palermo residents have access to the community’s newly opened recreational facility and also receive a social membership to nearby Glen Kernan Golf and Country Club.
D.R. Horton is offering closeout pricing on remaining homes in the Northside community of Eagles Hammock. Priced from the $160s, the builder’s Designer Series homes range in size from 1,845 to 3,406 square feet with a choice of 20 floorplans. Residents enjoy an amenity center, pool, tennis courts, playground and nearby lake.
NASSAU COUNTY
Brylen Homes has debuted a new “urban home” concept at Amelia Park near the Amelia Park Town Square. Featuring two stories with high windows and dormers, the urban homes are located close to the neighborhood’s park and pavilion as well as its retail and commercial centers. Priced in the low $300s, the homes range in size from 1,900 to 1,963 square feet.
A new marina is now open at Oyster Bay Harbour, featuring five floating finger docks with 76 individual boat slips. The facility is a Florida certified “Clean Water Marina” and is already home to a number of power and sailboats. Residents enjoy access to the Oyster Bay Yacht Club, open last summer. Properties in the community range from one-quarter-acre to nearly two acres with prices starting in the $170s.
FLAGLER COUNTY
Models are open in LandMar’s Grand Haven community in Palm Coast. Situated on the Intracoastal Waterway adjacent to a 4,000-acre nature preserve, Grand Haven is home to an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, a 10-foot wide river esplanade, public parks, lakes and recreation systems. Homesites are priced from the $100s and express homes priced from the $400s.
ABD Development Company unveiled a new 2,500-square-foot model home in Toscana, a gated community in Palm Coast. Single-family homes are priced from $499,900 to more than $1 million. Estate homes overlooking a 120-acre conservation area are also being offered.
ST. JOHNS COUNTY
The official debut of JDH Capital’s The Shoppes at Palencia Commons was marked by the grand opening of one of the state’s two new Food Lion prototypes. The 35,000-square-foot store features the Florida Lottery, Western Union and Nature’s Place. The Shoppes at Palencia Commons will house an estimated 120,000 square feet of shops, stores and restaurants.
CornerStone Homes has only three homes and four homesites remaining in the World Golf Village neighborhood of GroveWood. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom homes are priced from $350,000 and include thoughtfully designed layouts and amenities. Four 75-foot homesites, with a choice of 11 floorplans, are also available.
Energy Star features and a pool option are part of a new model home offered by Kemick Homes at the natural-gas community of St. Johns Forest. The one-story Windsor, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,600 square feet, is priced from $499,900. For a limited time, Kemick is also offering its pool package for a discounted price.
Arthur Rutenburg Homes/ Marcus Allen Homes is nearing completion of two model homes in the master-planned community of Madeira in St. Augustine. Featuring the company’s popular “disappearing” sliding glass along the entire back wall, the homes offer stunning views of natural wildlife habitats and the Intracoastal Waterway. Six hundred acres in the community have been set aside as unspoiled marsh wetlands. Homes are priced from $380,000.
Special incentives on home upgrades are being offered in Murabella by builder Standard Pacific Homes. Priced from the $270s, the homes range in size from 2,300 to more than 4,000 square feet.
CAMDEN COUNTY
A new $1.3 million model home, built by W.H. Gross Construction, has been completed in Landmar’s Osprey Cove community. Featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the two-story home overlooks a stunning marsh with views from both levels. The gated community, which is located in the St. Mary’s River basin, also boasts a Mark McCumber signature golf course.

Doing Well and Doing Good
More than 150 people recently gathered at the Deerwood Country Club for the fourth annual Good Neighbor Awards, co-sponsored by Florida Homebuyer Jacksonville and the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA). The event was designed to recognize builders and developers who do the most to improve the region’s quality of life. Florida Homebuyer Jacksonville Publisher Penelope Geismar and NEFBA Executive Director Daniel Davis were co-hosts while Tim Davis of Tim Davis Ministries provided inspirational musical entertainment. Proceeds from the event benefited the Arnold Tritt Education Grant, which provides assistance to students enrolled in the University of North Florida’s Construction Management Program.
