AWARD-WINNING HOMES
In the midst of a rebounding new-home market, the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando recently held its annual Parade of Homes, spotlighting new and remodeled homes in Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. Every year for 59 years, Central Florida's builders and remodelers have used the parade to showcase their best work — and 2012 was no exception. As usual, industry professionals judged each entry and chose winners in an array of categories, from entry level homes to dramatic custom estates. Those winners are listed on the following pages, with Grand Award winners receiving expanded spotlights.
