THERE’S PLENTY TO ADMIRE ABOUT TOLL’S NEW PARKVIEW PLACE

Communities built by Toll Brothers just seem to keep bucking the odds. With a track record that includes more than 50 years of homebuilding along with accolades such as being named Fortune magazine’s top homebuilder on its list of the world’s most admired companies, there might be a temptation to take a day off on occasion. Or maybe even cut a corner. 

That’s not happening locally at Toll Brothers — mostly because Brock Fanning, Central Florida division president, won’t let it. Fanning worked his way up the past nine-plus years for the company, starting as a senior project manager. He became division president last December. 

Years ago, Fanning was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, a Surface Warfare Officer, with duties that involved the safe navigation of a billon-dollar destroyer. As a result, discipline is hardly an issue when the mission has to do with quality, craftsmanship, value and simply getting it all done on time.

The most recent proof can be found at Parkview Place in Sanford.

The welcoming, gated community of one- and two-story single-family homes features architecture that’s built around Toll Brothers’ attention to detail along with ample flair. 

Among the elements separating Parkview Place from the competition are the color palettes — they’re more dynamic, with options for multihued doors and roofs. Additionally, streetscapes are varied so homes with the same floorplans or designs aren’t all next to one another. The Blackwell model represents the floorplan design midpoint — two stories under 2,083 square feet with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage. On the first floor, there’s a formal dining area along with flex space and an expansive great room offering direct access to the covered lanai. 

The kitchen features a center island and provides open views of the living area. A second-floor master bedroom boasts large windows, two walk-in closets, an alternate master bath with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower, plus two additional bedrooms and an expansive loft.

The two-story Underwood, largest of the floorplans, is 2,506 square feet with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage. The first floor is highlighted by a kitchen with a large walk-in pantry, an expansive great room and a casual dining area that opens to the covered lanai through triple sliding glass doors. 

The second floor contains a master suite with an oversized walk-in closet and a master bathroom with dual vanities, linen closet and glass-enclosed shower as well as a loft and three additional bedrooms.

Parkview Place’s location, just south of Lake Mary Boulevard on Skyway Drive, offers easy proximity to Lake Jesup, the Seminole County Sports Complex, and shopping and dining in Sanford, Lake Mary, Seminole Towne Center and Colonial TownPark.
